What is the Early Access Program?

The Early Access Program is a partnership. We provide our CXDeploy platform to you at no charge. In return, you provide your expert feedback as you use it for real-world operations. This helps us find edge cases, refine performance, and prioritize our roadmap.

What features are included in the Early Access Program?

You get the full CXDeploy platform. This includes our three core pillars:

Snapshot Engine

Back up your entire org's configuration (flows, queues, skills, data actions, etc.) to S3.

Visual Diff Engine

Compare any two snapshots (e.g., Test vs. Prod) and see a line-by-line diff of any changed object.

Promotion Engine

  • Select specific artifacts to promote (e.g., from your "Snapshot Explorer").
  • Run Dependency Analysis to find all required child objects.
  • Run Impact Analysis to warn you of breaking changes.
  • Handle Name Conflicts (Update, Rename, Skip).
  • Promote or Schedule the promotion.

How does CXDeploy handle security and credentials?

Security is our #1 priority.

Connection:

We use the Genesys Cloud Client Credentials grant. You create a dedicated OAuth client in your org with the required permissions (including read/write) and provide the Client ID and Secret to us.

Encryption:

Your Client Secret is immediately encrypted at rest using AES-26 (via AWS Key Management Service).

Data:

Our Service only accesses your configuration metadata. It never has access to your customer data, PII, call recordings, or chat logs.

What about sensitive data in my configurations?

CXDeploy is designed to be "zero-knowledge" of your secrets. Our snapshot engine intentionally ignores the values of any "Secure Variables" in your Architect flows and Data Actions.

What happens after the 6-month no-charge period?

As a thank-you for your participation, you will be eligible for a significant discount on all future paid plans. We will provide full pricing details at least 60 days before the 6-month period ends. There is no obligation to continue.

How do I get support?

As an early access partner, your feedback is our top priority. When we provision your CXDeploy account, we will also create an account for you in our dedicated support portal. This allows you to submit tickets, track their status, and ensure all your feedback and bug reports are formally logged and addressed by our engineering team.

What's on the roadmap?

Our current platform is focused on robust promotion and deployment. Our roadmap is focused on AI-driven intelligence and enterprise readiness. This is what your feedback will help us build. Some of our most-requested features include:

  • AI-Powered Diff Summary: An LLM-powered feature to generate a plain-English, human-readable summary of a complex JSON diff.
  • AI-Powered "Best Practice" Analyzer: A linter that scans your snapshots to find configuration "smells," such as flows with no error handling or unused, costly objects.
  • Bring your own cloud: Options to run CXDeploy in your own cloud environment (e.g., your AWS account) while still leveraging our managed control plane.
  • Single sign-on (SSO): Native SSO integration (SAML/OIDC) so your admins can manage CXDeploy access through your existing identity provider.
