How we collect, use, and protect your information

1. Introduction

Welcome to CXDeploy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application (the "Service") as part of our Early Access Program.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways.

A. Personal Data

The personal information we collect is limited to the "User Data" needed to create and manage your account:

  • •Your work email address
  • •Your title
  • •Your managed password (hashed and salted)

B. Service Data (Your Configurations)

When you connect your Genesys Cloud organization, our Service accesses and stores "Service Data," which includes:

  • •Your Genesys Cloud OAuth credentials (Client ID and encrypted Client Secret).
  • •Your Genesys Cloud configuration metadata (Architect flow JSON, queue settings, skill names, etc.).

Security & Permissions

To provide the "Promote & Deploy" functionality, the Service requires read and write permissions for these configuration objects.

What We Don't Collect: We do NOT collect, store, or process any of your "Customer Data," including call recordings, chat transcripts, PII of your customers, or health information. Our Service is intentionally blind to this data.

3. Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • ✓Create and manage your account.
  • ✓Provide the core functionality of the Service (snapshotting, diffing, and promoting configurations).
  • ✓Notify you of updates.
  • ✓Gather feedback in accordance with our Early Access Program.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not share your Personal Data or Service Data with any third parties, except:

  • •To comply with a legal obligation.
  • •To protect the security and integrity of our Service.
  • •With service providers (e.g., AWS) who are contractually bound to keep information confidential.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. Your Client Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
